What is killing the grapes?

Hey folks,

Any idea what I should do? I'm in northern Alabama, if zone info is needed. I've attempted differing amounts of sun / water, and can only assume it's a pest / nutrient issue?

It looks like Black Spot Fungus, a common disease. It is windborn and difficult to control. The following link might be of help.
