I have millions of tiny (1mm long, maximum) little larvae like tiny maggots or worms in my pots.
I don't think they are fungus gnat larvae, but I may be wrong.
Fungus gnat larvae are usually bigger, proportionally longer, and these new ones are a bit dark and stripey too.
I have strips of yellow stickies cut and pegged across the surface to catch flying gnats, and it is on these that I have found the new larvae.
They are predominantly on the lower parts of the yellow stickies, like a creeping tide crawling out of my soil spreading upwards ... at first I thought they were dust.
I've attached some photos, but it's very hard to focus on such tiny creatures ... these are taken with my phone through an eyeglass to magnify.
