What are these spots and how to I get rid?

Is this a disease? Both my apple trees are getting these spots all over their leaves. They seemed to be growing well since I planted them 3 months ago until now these spots appear.

Scab. It is the same sort of thing as Blackspot on Roses. There are fungicides for use on Fruit trees. I use Copper sulphate which is reasonably organic.
Actually it is unsightly rather than deadly.
