What are these bubbles?

Beginner gardener here. Can you help identify these deposits on grape wine shoots (see pics) - are these something to worry about?

They look like guttation droplets. It is caused by too much water. In essence, the plant has too much water pressure built up inside the plant and this is a plants relief mechanism. They are not exactly water droplets however, xylem in the plants tissues have changed the water into those little bubbles of sticky sap.
