I was wondering what plants would do well hung indoors? I am particularly interested in hanging some in my little kitchen (where they would get a good bit of humidity), but any info/advice would be awesome.
Orchids can do well in hanging planters - after all, in nature they grow up in trees! Ivy is another thing that can look lovely in a hanging planter, especially variegated ones.
The best plants to hang indoors should be tolerant to low light conditions. A good example is philandendron which can be grown in hanging baskets, totems or trellis. Another excellent example is pothos which can grow in dark londitions in hanging baskets and can be confused with philandendron. They have a rainbow of colours and perfect indoors. Water when the soil feels dry.
