What’s eating my roses?

Please help me figure out what’s wrong with my roses!
(The light pink one is Astrid Lindgren, I don’t know the red one. If that information is relevant at all?)

I cant stand bugs!!! I am having the same issues. Could be thrips, slugs, caterpillars, etc. I just ordered systematic granules from bonide. Last year I used this all over my garden and I didnt have issues. Plus when I watered, I sprinkled all the leaves to wash off bugs. This year I tried to not use pesticides and water at the base, and now I am having bug issues galore. Neem oil and systematic granules have always brought me good luck. Both you can get from Amazon. The company is called Bonide.
