Weird liquid in yucca plant pot

Hi. I was checking my yucca indoor plant and I found something (liquid) weird in the pot. It looks like honey I think! Does anyone know what this can be? After watering I always make sure to empty the extra water and clean the pot. Attached are some photos.

I think it may be a slime mold fungus like the one called deer vomit. It isn’t damaging to plants, it just looks weird and sometimes they smell bad.
