Watering Potted Roses

I am in zone 8 and my potted roses are still in blome.So when should i stop watering them?

Roses are thirsty plants and being potted they should be watered all year round, whether in bloom or dormant during the winter months. I would only water them in winter when the soil is looking or feeling dry.
