Type of stink bug eating my collard greens!

Hello folks!
Im in eastern Europe and planted collard greens, 2nd year now. Late spring/summer I get a form of stink bug tearing the leaves up. Im pretty sure they are Eurydema Oleraceum, aka cabbage bug, aka shield bug, aka rape bug.
I just sprayed with neem oil and plan to add a cloth covering next year. Is there anything else I can do?
