Trumpet Lily 'Golden Splendor' - side-view close-up

Trumpet Lily 'Golden Splendor' (side-view close-up) (from my garden, July 10, 2016). The 'Golden Splendor' trumpet lily has 6-inch large vibrant golden yellow trumpet-shaped, somewhat downward flowers marked with burgundy on the outside growing on 4-feet tall stalks. It's one of the prettiest flowers I've ever seen. It's really lovely I like this shade of yellow. It makes me think about spring.

Yellow does make me think of spring too - so cheerful and vibrant! I wish I had lilies growing in my yard - one of my favorite flowers for sure!
