I seen I had Powdert Mildew on my Squash and Cucumbers. Sprayed them with Baking Soda now where the Mildew was it is Brown. Is this normal?

Next went to feed my Worms. I have them in Plastic Totes, first time around I drilled holes in the top. No problem. Then I decided to move them kind of outside so I got lids and drilled holes around the top of the Totes. I think all my Red Wigglers escaped and most my European Nightcrawlers. Yes it is still very moist.

The mildew has done some damage, but the brown spots may recover slowly, at least it won't spread. Bicarbonate of soda may be better than baking powder, that contains tartaric acid as well.

I tried Neem and it didn't work. I have almost gave up on Neem.

I had never heard of it before I came here, and I had wondered if it is a bit of a 'fashion' thing. A lot of the applications I have seen people use it for I would use a bit of sunflower oil and washing up liquid (Dish soap?) mixed with water, that deals with most bugs.

Neem is supposed to clear up mildew.

I had Spider Mites and I hit them with hard spray of water then sprayed them with Hot Pepper Juice for 3 days.

Plants looked bad but came out of it now they look great.

Got the Spider Mites because I bought a Majestic Palm that looked sick. I soon found out why.
