Trampled blueberry bushes

Hey all, I'm up in Michigan. Planted some expensive blueberry bushes along my driveway.

Over the winter, we got another puppy. She just loves destroying my blueberry bushes. I planted 4 blueberry bushes last summer, they were smaller. And then this march, she trampled three of them and broke nearly all the limbs off. I just have little Bush stumps with a couple twigs sticking out of the ground, no leaves or anything growing on them.

How long should I wait to declare them dead and buy new ones? Or do you think they can come back?

Get new ones,and fence of area.

Agree, they might come back but it's iffy.

How big a puppy? Tractor Supply has all sorts of fencing options, from lightweight to sturdy. I have three dogs and am limited in what I can plant in my fenced area, as the boy dogs will pee on bushes.

I already got fences up. I could dig them up and replant them somewhere else?
