Doubt it. The foot candle or lumen level of those lights is probably not even one percent of what the sunlight would measure. While the speed of light may be Einstiens' constant, he said that is only speed across a square footage area, and its the energy and mass that are interchangable. Because those are such low energy lights they cannot concentrate the light into enough physical force to do much except maybe attract bugs so I do not think you will harm the plants with your nightsun.
As to aesthetics -yes it is fairly bright but is that a bad thing at an event when guests are unfamiliar with the footing? I understand voice controlled, dimmable, color selectable wifi connected smart bulbs are available. That sounds like a flexible lighting plan that even has individually unique light levels per led bulb.
