I have a garden that consists of too many plants that are green I would like to change that by adding some real beautiful flowers that are colorful and can make my garden stand out for the better.

Does anyone have anyone have any recommendations as to what kind of flowers are the best to add some color to my garden?

I live in a tropical climate so we have bougainvillea, which are colorful and we also have plants with colorful leaves like bromeliads, torch ginger, and birds of paradise. What kind of climate do you live in? Is it hot where you live?

Roses!:D They're the most beautiful and they come in many colors:)
But there are also many other lovely flowers. Tulips, for example, look really gorgeous:

Hyacinths would be a nice addition too:

You can add different color flowers during different times of the year. In the spring, you can add brightly colored crocuses, daffodils, hyacinths and tulips.
For the summer, try some roses. Pansies are also brightly colored and great for beautifying a garden. I'm also a fan of impatiens. They come in a variety of different colors.

cookiemonster16 - I could easily recommend thousands of plants that would add color to your garden but without first knowing what sort of climate or how much sun or shade you get in garden - would find it very difficult to suggest any, especially as it could lead to disappointing results - so let us have that information and you can expect a long list of recommendations in return, from all of us :)
I would just say that it is often worth considering adding some colored or variegated foliage as well as flowering plants - to add texture and bring a garden to life

I have a lot of tulip bulbs that bloom all different colors. I also plant daisies for some white accents too. I have all of these in my flower garden among zucchini and tomato plants. It is always fun to plant vegetables among my flowers.
