todays harvest using automatic rainwater system. stuffed green bell peppers with rice and ground beef in crushed tomatoes in can.

look how tall my tomato plants are, some now around 8' tall, orange buckets automatic rain water, blue buckets hydroponic tomato garden

Actually i have 4 extra stuffed peppers in the fridge i would give you if we were neighbors or friends. picture of first batch and second batch, had extra rice and ground beef, they are big bertha green bell peppers, they grow nicely.

Do you roasted them and keep them in oil? Roasted peppers are delicious!

no never tried that before if you want to give instructions i will try it, i am going to have a massive amount of hot peppers as i don't use them that much maybe one cayenne pepper in the tomato sauce, i have lots of habanero jalapeno and cayenne peppers all i can do is freeze them. any ideas...

I can eat a hot pepper, jalapeno or even poblano. Eating a bell pepper I regret it for a good 8 hours after if not longer.

Love bell pepper, especially red, yellow and orange ones. Love eating them raw!

I wouldn’t freeze them dry them and make chilli powder dry them by hanging use a needle and thread
Chilli oil is also good

12 months easily I also make a massive batch of tomato and chilli sauce and freeze it down in old takeaway tubs great for a quick pasta dish
