My thunbergia vine grows for 2/3 cm and than droops and doesn’t climb all new growth follows the same path. Once the same happens, new leaves start getting accumulated at the end.
I water only when the soil is dry and the leaves don’t droop at all but the vines do and they stop growing

Greetings, welcome to the Forums.

It is not clear from the OP decription if there is actually a problem with the vine or not. However, many cultivated vines will benefit from being manually trained on a trellis or other support. If a vine tendril is not growing in a desired location, the end of it can often be easily detached from one spot and moved toward another preferred direction

The species of Clock Vine (Thunbergia) in the Acanthus Family (Acanthaceae) shown in the OP was not specified. However the appearance of the leaves suggests it may be the Mysore Clockvine (Thunbergia mysorensis), also known as Lady-slipper Vine or Brick & Butter Vine. This robust species, native to southern India, is among the world's most spectacularly flowering vines.
