Do you like working along with anyone else when doing your gardening, or do you prefer to do it alone? I would think that working along with another person, one would get more done in a shorter period of time, and it would be less work too. However, there are some people who enjoy doing their gardening alone. In that way there would be less distraction - no need for small talk, etc. When working along with another person, it should be decided who will do what so that each person will be focused on a particular aspect of the gardening. For instance, if one person is trimming back trees, the other one could be clearing away and raking up the trimmings.

How do you feel about working as a team when doing gardening?

I enjoy working in the garden with my husband--he knows the plants and if he has a question, he asks instead of going ahead and possibly doing the wrong thing. I don't want anyone other than hubby in the gardens. I enjoy working alone if he isn't available or he isn't needed. He really is needed when it comes time to dig potatoes or prune the fruit trees (he's better with a pruning saw than I am).
Sometimes we are a team, and sometimes I'm a "lone gardener."

At home I like to be alone in my garden but when I am at my friend's house, I like to help her in her garden weeding and having fun joking around. I learn from her and she learns from me since we are just recreational gardeners :)

I prefer to do it alone. Preferably with no one observing.

Working with other people always require patience. Especially if they don't do it as you expected and are not well organized.

I would work in groups without problems if there was organization and if each individual's responsibilities were clearly and properly described. Sadly, it does not happen in most cases and it ends up in a mess. PATIENCE!

I did not work in groups much, then I do not have much experience. I consider myself a very patient person.

Unnecessary comments:
No, I do not hate people. I love them.

REALLY!

Thank you for understanding! (y)

I am not the gardener of the house but my husband. When there is much work to do like tilling the soil for planting, my husband would seek the help of our housemaids (we used to have 2 but now we only have 1 housemaid). I would see a pretty scenario when they are working on the garden. I can imagine it to be like a real farm which is the dream of my husband. Teamwork is good in gardening, it lessens the work and you get to enjoy working.

I'm a loner, I like doing everything alone:) But I guess I wouldn't mind if my boyfriend wanted to help me in the garden. He's the only person who is allowed to water my miniature roses;)

Working as a team can motivate you while working. You also have chance to exchange ideas about gardening hence improving productivity. Sometimes you may not get someone to work with which forces you to work alone. At all times you must remain focused.
