I've had a number of sunflower plants that look and grow normally and they produce nice flowers and seeds; however, after opening the shell of the seed it's totally empty...absolutely zero kernel.
I've heard of Pollenless Sunflower plants, but these are not them. Lack of bees and other pollinators is also not an issue -- I have tons of pollinators in my yard everyday.
Anyone ever had this problem?
