Succulents are turning red/brown and shriveling no matter what I do

My two succulents were thriving for a long time but over the past few months they’ve been turning a reddish brown color and the leaves are becoming misshapen, regardless of how much I water them. What is happening and how can I fix it?

No, I haven't. Do they lay eggs on the plants or something? How could I be sure?

They are very very tiny, almost invisible to the naked eye. Get a magnifying glass and look at both sides of the leaves and the stem. They lay eggs on the leaf bottom usually. Spray the entire plant every 7-9 days with Neem Oil. If there are webs spray every 5-7 days. Usually, but not always 2 sprayings is enough to disrupt their reproductive cycle. Spray every plant you have.
