Saw this picture on the Better Homes and Gardens website and thought it was really pretty.

The instructions look really easy and I think it will really add a lot of interest to my garden if I hang in on the privacy fence around our hot tub. The instructions can be found here:

I love living succulent pictures! They look very unique and pretty. I like them more than most paintings.
The only thing that worries me is watering. How to water them if they grow vertically?

That was my concern also. I saw a home improvement show the other day, and they had something similar to this INSIDE the house, and I wondered how they would water it without making a horrible mess, with the water and soil dripping down the wall and puddling on the hardware floors! I think with it outside, I should be able to use a fine, soft spray and be ok.

That looks really lovely and succulents are just wonderful to see in the dead of winter for me! But like you and @claudine, I too can imagine what kind of mess this will make if watered! Something is better off for look than to have and I think I will keep mine right side up :)

This is so beautiful! I had seen an idea like this on Pinterest and I thought it was so pretty, but also something kinda hard to accomplish, specially if you are just an amateur when it comes to this kind of things, just like I am.

A succulent garden to me is something that can be eaten, hahahaaa. Seriously, we have a succulent garden here composed of dragon fruit which is a cactus variety and aloe vera, that succulent plant that is considered an herb. The dragon fruit is now fruiting and we had harvested some already. Aside from being succulent, it is also delicious, hahahaaa.
