Just looking for advice for my Strelitzia.
Moved house in November, so my Strelitzia moved from a west-facing bathroom windowsill to a south-facing one ( still with mottled/privacy glass in the window so I thought this might act slightly like shading??). It was very happy in my old house ( that bathroom was warmer through the winter as there was a heated towel rail on all the time and the room was pretty small), but now it's got lots of yellowing and curling leaves. Is this likely to be due to the cold it experienced this winter? I would've thought it should have started to improve now as spring is beginning, unless it is due to the increase in sunlight being now south facing?
Should I move it to a different room? I do have a west facing window on my landing, but I did think it appreciated the extra humidity in my bathrooms...

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

For reference I am a horticulturalist in UK by profession, but I'm an outdoor plant person...to be honest I just wing it with my indoor/tropical plants! 🫣🤣

Very gently tip out of the container and get a good look at the roots. Do you see mushy brown roots and does the roots smell bad? If you tip it out and all the soil falls apart, then its too dry and needs watering more often. Check the EC and pH for the best answers.

Maybe some pictures to show issues?
The South-facing window should be great as long as the sun shines directly on the leaves.
As far as the cold goes, just how cold did it get? Subzero C? Just 10*C?
