Strange spiky weeds maybe between carrots

Hi, I've attached this photo of some carrots that I'm growing in a pot.
There are some strange spikes coming up that I initially thought were part of a carrot plant, but now I think could be weeds, what do you think?

Could be seeds in the compost. We had a heather plant come up in a peat based one last year.

I would leave therm until you were ready to use the carrots.
