Stephanotis leaves

Hello everyone.. I have a stephanotis and its leaves have white spots on them...they cannot be wiped off. Also one of the leaves has become white and seems half dried. The plant is in an internal yard with no direct light. I am attaching a photo.
Can anyone please tell me how to treat it.
