Not sure what is up with my grass, look at the pics.

I mow every 3-4 days at 3.5 inches. I’ve fertilized and put down fungicide and insecticides quarterly. These spots are showing up and not sure what to do... it has been raining a lot here in south Florida, every day for almost 2 weeks now. The lawn appears to be in overall good shape and would like to keep it that way... all input is appreciated!

Root rot like take all is easy to diagnose because the grass comes right up because dead and dissolved roots. Plus you sprayed fungicides which should help. Have you considered bacterial? @Chuck would you think actinovate might help?
Yes, I do. I think it would be a lot better than all of the synthetic fungicides. I really think it is the neighbors dogs or stray dogs that are causing the problem though. I've seen it many times, a spot here a spot there..............
