Sprayed vegetation killer on an area... can i till it up and garden there?

Have a small section of land where I sprayed this stuff on it. Tenants later asked if they could put a garden there. If I till the ground up thoroughly, will it still affect anything they plant?

No. This is nasty stuff that lasts at least a year. It goes into the soil.

In the future if you must kill weeds use Roundup acephate. It is bad but not nearly as bad as Gordons. It will be safe to plant in within 30 days.

For broadleaf weeds use horticultural vinegar.
You can plant in a week.
