Hello, I had 2 small money trees since 2018 and when I moved to my house I put them outside and they got super big. One of them had like a white powder all over and it got to a point that it was dying so I had to cut it completely hoping it will grow back and now the other one is starting to have the same white powder. When I remove the powder, it leaves like an orange Mark so I am guessing is some type of pest infection, how do I get rid of it and save the tree?

You have mealybugs. You can spray with insecticidal soap, neem oil, or pyrethrins. You can also use imidacloprid in a liquid or granular form on the soil. Imidacloprid is the longest-lasting treatment for mealybugs and safe as long as you don't eat it.
