SOLITAIRE my dream before and after

I just wanted to design my own home and we went on a war footing searching for land that would suit our pocket. We got that land in a semi rural town.and from day one I planned on how to go about it.After years of planning - yes years - that I finally got to putting the act together and SOLITAIRE was born.

Not many liked the look of the house as it did not seem to be an architectural marvel - I was no professional - but I knew that those who lived there would know how the interiors had a perfect finish giving privacy to those used the space. When we shifted we got that feel.

As the one who designed it I knew when the garden that I had planned came into being then it would be just another story.

The look keeps changing as nature decides when and what to show.

Had to sell it and split what was left with the previous mrs zig

It must have been quite difficult for you to do this. But I am sure you have now moved on.

The house took about a year but the garden as you know is something that never ends.
