Soil PH tester - digital

recently starting my new garden - I was thinking of purchasing - a soil PH tester - digital - as in the photo - but much to my sadness in Australia - Not for sale.
Any Aussies here ??

Yes I have several. How can I help you? Are you familiar with their electrical nature? I find moist soil works best. They are designed around a rough norm. Neither wet nor dry soil is very good, if you can even tead dry soil. The moisture is conductive. I have several to test them against themselves. I use them only for general trends. I am not expecting perfection. They will not tell you the buffering capacity of soil for example.
