Small thick shrub

Hi,

Can anyone give me some guidance or suggestions please (I’m not an experienced gardener).

I want to plant some shrubs, preferably fairly fast growing that will grow quite densely and which I can maintain at a height of around 2 or 3 feet. Location gets the full sun from about 2pm until dusk.

How about dwarf conifers, or Hebes or shrubby herbs like rosemary and lavender.

Hebe green mound,

Red edge

Purple pixie. And lots more.
