Seeking a Tree thats Yellow all Summer

Hello gardeners! I’m on the hunt for a tree, preferably deciduous, that has legitimately yellow foliage spring through summer in zone 7a, and reaches a maximum mature size of 30 feet in height and 20 feet in width. Appreciate any suggestions as the search engines and gpts keep suggesting trees with yellow fall color and/or yellowish shades of green.

I mean ginkgo has a fairly light green leaf all spring and summer and in the fall turns bright yellow. But if you want yellowish leaves you probably want to go with something variegated like a verigated pink eureka lemon tree. It wouldn't be that tall though. A 20 to 30 ft tree is fairly old in most desciduous species. Birch and aspen are bright yellow in the fall. Larch, scotch pine, tulip poplar, maple, cassia fistula...
