Seeking a Tree thats Yellow all Summer

Hello gardeners! I’m on the hunt for a tree, preferably deciduous, that has legitimately yellow foliage spring through summer in zone 7a, and reaches a maximum mature size of 30 feet in height and 20 feet in width. Appreciate any suggestions as the search engines and gpts keep suggesting trees with yellow fall color and/or yellowish shades of green.

I mean ginkgo has a fairly light green leaf all spring and summer and in the fall turns bright yellow. But if you want yellowish leaves you probably want to go with something variegated like a verigated pink eureka lemon tree. It wouldn't be that tall though. A 20 to 30 ft tree is fairly old in most desciduous species. Birch and aspen are bright yellow in the fall. Larch, scotch pine, tulip poplar, maple, cassia fistula...

Golden Hinoki Cypress maybe?

You could try Golden Catalpa or 'Sunburst' Honeylocust. If you coppice or pollard them the yellow becomes more intense and lasts longer. You might lose the flowers on the Catalpa though.
