It's that time of year when I look through and think about what I want, and I came across these people.

They have a whole collection of 29p seed packets, mostly it seems they don't have fancy pictures on the packet and sell them in reasonable quantities, who needs 2,000 lettuce seeds anyway? Better to have 100 each of two varieties. The only thing I can't find is delivery charges, probably need to place an order as they ask which country when you register.

I would like to see a good collection of heritage tomatoes if anyone spots one, I have saved seed, but it would be nice to add a couple of varieties.

Google tells me 20 pence is around 25 cents, so around 36 /37 cents, most packets of seed over here seem to cost between two and six times that amount. They do do more expensive ones, not greatly more expensive, but their 29p collection seems to cover the basics.

That would indeed be a terrific bargain! I might try to order some seed just to see what happens...but I suspect they don't ship to USA.

American import regulations might get in the way, most countries are cautious about importing disease, quite rightly.
The best story I have heard that way was about New Zealand, apparently a rather brown and arid country until someone imported some apple trees with earthworms in the root ball, and the green gradually spread out from that orchard.
