This delicious, perennial vegetable is not available in shops in the UK, unfortunately, but I have struck lucky.
I'm returning home today, after spending 12 days in my static caravan in Luce Bay, SW Scotland.
Whilst exercising my dog, I found, about 3 miles along the shore, lots and lots and lots of sea kale.
I dug out 4 thongs last night, and will be planting them in my allotment tomorrow.
