Scindapsus Silvery Ann

Hello everyone I received this plant today in the mail and was curious if I needed to be worried about these holes that are on the back of the leaves. The plant was in the mail a little bit more than a day, had a heating pack and was not exposed to the cold.

There is also a light brown stuff on the vine as well.
