Sapota/sapote leaves showing rust like mark and its spreading

I don't know it might be lack of fertilizer, it does not have much roots its in a pot about 2ft tall 1 1/2 ft dia.I am trying to keep it small.It generally does not have any issues. it has thick waxy leaves,

it has not flowered yet, but it will look like this (from google image)



fruit: outer covering is like cardboard texture, pulp:sweet to taste with grain like texture

After rainy season its show some rust like patches on leaves.

The photos turned out very well Rajesh and that is exactly what i get on my Ixoras and star jasmines from time to time. Hopefully some one will recognize it.

These are leaf scorch causes due to transplant shock lack or fertilizers , soil compactness etc. You can google leaf scorch treatment ,prevention, you will get satisfied results.
