Rowan tree disease help

Hello,

So 2 years ago i have got myself a Sorbus Likjornaja a type of Rowan tree, very very very hard to come by in my area. For those 2 years it gre splendit with absolute no worry or issues. But this year for the last week more exactly it started to dry out and im afraid of not to lose it. As i am not sure what is happening here if its a dissease or anythng else i need a bit of help from anyone who knows about Rowan Trees

It looks like it has Fireblight. It is a bacterial disease that is spread by splashing water and bees. Spray with copper as soon as buds start to open and after rains. It starts with flowers and spreads from there. Cut off affected stems 6-12 inches below noticeable infection. Sterilize between cuts with 1 tablespoon of bleach in 1 gallon of water.
