it seems my Roma’s have stopped growing. There are some that are bigger but only 2 inches at the most and then there’s so many little ones. Should I prune? I also just fertilized a week ago. Or is this normal? First time gardener.

We grow Romas, and get some that are larger and many that are smaller. It is pretty early for your zone to get ripe tomatoes of any size, so I'd advise keeping the plants evenly damp, and being patient. I wouldn't prune or worry. Romas are a great tomato and I'd bet you'll have many nice ones fairly soon.

Tomatoes grow in spurts. They’ll grow quickly to golf ball size or so, then pause, then they’ll do another growth spurt to full size, then pause, then they go through the ripening phase. Each phase can last 1-3 weeks, or longer if you’re having inclement weather like too much rain. Lycopene and carotene don’t form so quickly in heat, for example.
