Ripped Monstera Leaf

Should I cut this leaf off and if so, will it grow an entirely new leaf? It ripped and is a bit unsightly so I’d like to cut off what remains.

Cut it or leave it, you decide, it won’t hurt or help. It will grow new leaves, just not there.
