So I have a cordless electric mower that runs on Lithium-Ion Cells...and one day, one of them is unable to charge. I look up troubleshooting tips online and find this demo on jump starting the dead battery. In this video, the person doing the presentation is using an improvised jumper wire kit that can fit his batteries. Is there any place I can order an already assembled and ready to use jumper wire kit for this specific purpose or am I condemned to improvising my own kit?

You are assuming that you have the same problem as the chap on "you tube".
First step would be to use a meter to measure your terminal voltage.
I think you will have the fun and games of setting up your own jumper leads.

You can probably use these found in Amazon.com. 5.99 for 20 of them.

I took one apart and found it was the bpm board the cells were fine. The ability to electrically solder is necessary as heat and li-ion is not so capataBOOMable.

TV repair people make good battery mechanics.
