Repotting lavender herb

hi there,

I'm new to herb gardening., I just bought a lavender plant and was wondering if I need to repot. If so, what type of soil should I use and is it necessary to put gravel on the bottom of my new pot? Thanks!

Most plants that are bought in a store need to be repoted, because those cheap platsic pots aren't good at all. So don't worry and repot your lavender
I grow lavender in universal soil for houseplants.
