Reoccurring Tomato Deformities

I just wanted to know if anyone can tell me why my tomatoes are being deformed in a specific way. I have some roma tomatoes that are completely normal except for the fact that I have found three so far with a strange constriction that makes it look like they have a cherry tomato at the end. I just want to know if there is a specific cause and if this needs to be fixed.

It could be from a few different causes. Can you post a photo of the plants in the garden?

Siamese tomatoes aren't uncommon, though usually side by side.
