Remove shrub

Garden looks untidy so I’m considering removing the two marked shrubs and wondered if the tree heath would be ok if I potted it? Other shrub is overshadowing the hydrangea. Any ideas /advice welcom

I would only move the nandina since it's smaller than the others and almost hidden. I would move it forward and to the right a bit.

You could also, if you want it to look more tidy, hoe out the weeds and grass and lay down a couple of inches of mulch which will help keep weeds down and keep more moisture in the soil.
