Pumpkin and summer squash leaf issue

Hello,

Something is affecting my pumpkin and summer squash leaves. The older leaves get covered in this white powdery substance then die off.

It's happened on different varieties, some in the ground, and happening to some in containers no where near the ones in the ground.

Any ideas?
