I potted a water rooted monstera last week. It's placed in indirect sunlight. However, it's been significantly drooping over the course of the week. Thoughts?

Welcome! :)

The turgor of drooping leaves will be restored when the roots begin to function.
The roots were big enough? Such as in the photo?

Because if it was only air roots, the plant can lose leaves.

Do not water until the land begins to dry reliably. While the root suction function is not completely restored, the roots will simply become wet in the wetland. Organize a gap between the pot and the tray to provide aeration of the potting soil.

You can also make a mini-greenhouse and spray with water. But it is necessary to ensure good ventilation.
