Problem with tomatoes in grow tent

Hello! I am new to the forum and am trying to learn more about growing in a tent and also outdoors.

This is my first time growing vegetables in a tent and am seeing some discoloration in the leaves. The kind of tomato is called tiny tim and is supposed to stay fairly small. At about 8 inches tall the biggest one is starting to flower so that's a little exciting. Overall they seem happy accept for the brown on some leaves. I have a picture to help if someone can help me identify.

Another issue I have is yellowing of small seedlings mostly peppers and lettuce (also in tent) again they look happy but a little bit pale yellow.

Appreciate any help I can get!

Hi Marck thanks for the reply! All I've used so far is:

Vigoro 3.5 lb. All Season Tomato and Vegetable Garden Plant Food Plus Calcium (12-10-5)

I mixed it in with the seeds in late December and gave it another small amount about 3 weeks ago.
