Prevent new tree from freezing

Hi
i want to plant some kind of grape like crimson seedless and anjo pear,
low and high temp until next 15 days is -10 and 8 centigrade , what can i do to keep plant healthy? i mean prevent them from freezing

Hello and welcome to GF
I assume that they should be very hardy in your country. The place that you buy them from should give you more details for your area, or ask them. I wouldn't plant them until the Temp has risen then next winter they'll be alright. Or don't buy them yet.
