What’s this on the leaves of my potatoes and how to help them if it’s dangerous to the plant thanks

I don't think it is an insect problem. Rather a watering and/or fertility issue. What is your watering schedule and what fertilizer used?

Water every other day depending on how hot it is and tomatorite every 2 weeks

Probably a watering issue. Potatoes need 1 to 2 inches per week depending on the stage they are in. Young shoots need less but maturing plants need more to help grow tubers. So, I would water less frequent for now but do deep watering. Increase frequency in another month.

So more water per watering maybe 3 time a week
