Hello i was wondering if some expert could confirm is this plant is poisonous or not ? Also if someone no the name of the plant it would be really helpful.

This is a member of the Celery family (Apiaceae), beyond that I am not certain. Is this a photo of a wild plant found growing in New Brunswick? The ruffled edge of the leaflets is unusual. If you do find out this plant's identity, please come back and post it here. I am curious to know what it is.
