It looks like a little transplant shock plus a fungus. Has it rained a lot? If so go get some horticultural cornmeal or whole ground/stoneground cornmeal from the grocery story. NOT THE ENRICHED CORNMEAL. Make a cornmeal tea overnight and strain it through a sock and spray the entire thing. After it dries dust the plant and the soil underneath. It could be, but less likely to be iron chlorosis. You could get some cheleated iron and dose it with that too.Got it 3 weeks ago and it was in good condition and now it is loosing its leaves.
