Please help

I have had this guy for years. No clue what it is and no one has ever been able to identify. It’s been sickly the last two or so years, leaves yellowing, losing leaves, fighting off aphids. I repotted last year hoping to rejuvenate but no luck. Without knowing what it is I’m not sure it’s getting the right conditions.

Thick leaves, tiny tubular deep red flowers. Thank you for any advice and i.d.

Thank you! while the flowers don’t look the same the viney leaf structure looks very similar! I think it’s the right track
