Neem will kill them with direct contact, that is if you spray it on them. With spinosad based products they will ingest it days later and it will kill them plus it will kill them on contact. Spinosad online costs about 1$ per oz. That is $.50 per quart when mixed and a quart goes a long way. Beetles are hard to kill and I know of nothing else organic that will do the job. Look on the bottom of the leaves and see if there are any tiny green caterpillars. It could possibly be them but I don't think so. Check out your plants carefully, both top and bottom of the leaves. That damage looks old. You might not need anythingCan I use Neem Oil? Spinosad is SO expensive! What are other cheap, organic methods that will stop the flea beetle?
https://www.amazon.com/Monterey-Garden-Insect-Spinosad-Concentrate/dp/B002BP12LII don't think the damage is old. Those holes were not there in the morning. I checked everything very well. I did notice the fading of some parts as seen in 3rd picture though.
Can you please show me the link with $1 per oz? I did not find that deal online.
